Step 1 — Place both earbuds in the charging case

Whether you replaced an earbud or the charging case itself, make sure both earbuds and the case are together before starting the pairing process.

Step 2 — Remove JBL Tour Pro 2 from Bluetooth

Open your device's Bluetooth Settings. Find your JBL Tour Pro 2, then select Forget Device or Remove Device.

Step 3 — Charge if needed

If the earbuds or charging case have a low battery, place both earbuds in the case and charge for at least 30 minutes before continuing.

Step 4 — Reset the earbuds

Remove both earbuds from the charging case and place them in your ears. Triple tap either earbud, and on the third tap press and hold for more than 5 seconds until the earbuds power off and reset.

After the reset is complete, place both earbuds back into the charging case for a few seconds.

Successful reset: The earbuds will power off and be ready to pair again.

If the reset fails: Return both earbuds to the charging case and repeat the reset process.

Step 5 — Connect your JBL Tour Pro 2

Remove both earbuds from the charging case and place them in your ears.

Open your device's Bluetooth Settings and select JBL Tour Pro 2 from the list of available devices.

You can also use the JBL Headphones app to complete setup and customize your earbuds.

Optional — Reset Again

If your JBL Tour Pro 2 still aren't pairing correctly, repeat the reset process and try pairing again.
