Replacement Earbud Pairing Guide
Follow the steps below to pair your replacement earbud.

Step 1 — Place both earbuds in the charging case

Whether you replaced an earbud or the charging case itself, make sure both earbuds are seated properly inside the charging case before beginning the pairing process.

Step 2 — Remove Google Pixel Buds Pro from Bluetooth

Open your device's Bluetooth Settings.

Find Google Pixel Buds Pro and select Forget Device or Remove Device before continuing.

Step 3 — Charge if needed

If the earbuds or charging case have a low battery, connect the charging case to a USB-C power source and allow everything to charge for at least 30 minutes before continuing. Google recommends keeping the case connected to power during the reset process.

Step 4 — Reset the earbuds

Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.

Press and hold the Pairing Button on the back of the charging case for approximately 30 seconds.

Continue holding the button until the status light stops pulsing and turns off.

Orange and white flashing light: The reset is in progress.

White pulsing light: The reset is complete and your Google Pixel Buds Pro are ready to pair.

Step 5 — Connect your Google Pixel Buds Pro

Leave both earbuds in the charging case and keep the lid open.

Your Pixel Buds Pro should automatically enter pairing mode with the white pulsing light.

Open your device's Bluetooth Settings and select Google Pixel Buds Pro from the list of available devices.

On Android devices, a Fast Pair pop-up may appear automatically—simply tap Connect to finish setup.
