Step 1 — Place both earbuds in the charging case
Whether you replaced an earbud or the charging case itself, make sure both earbuds and the case are together before starting the pairing process.
Step 2 — Remove Beats Studio Buds+ from Bluetooth
Open your device's Bluetooth Settings. Find your Beats Studio Buds+, then select Forget Device or Remove Device.
Step 3 — Charge if needed
If the earbuds or charging case have a low battery, place both earbuds in the charging case and charge for at least 30 minutes before continuing.
Step 4 — Reset the earbuds
Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. Press and hold the System Button inside the charging case for approximately 15 seconds.
Continue holding the button until the status light flashes red and white.
Red and white flashing light: The reset was successful and the earbuds are ready to pair.
No flashing light: Make sure both earbuds are seated correctly in the charging case and try again.
Step 5 — Connect your Beats Studio Buds+
With both earbuds inside the charging case, open the lid and hold the case near your iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or tablet.
If a setup animation appears, follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
If no setup screen appears, press and hold the System Button until the status light flashes white, then select Beats Studio Buds+ from your device's Bluetooth settings.
Optional — Reset Again
If your Beats Studio Buds+ still aren't pairing correctly, repeat the reset process and try pairing again.
