Step 1 — Place both earbuds in the charging case
Whether you replaced an earbud or the charging case itself, make sure both earbuds and the case are together before starting the pairing process.
Step 2 — Remove Beats Solo Buds from Bluetooth
Open your device's Bluetooth Settings. Find your Beats Solo Buds, then select Forget Device or Remove Device.
Step 3 — Charge if needed
If the earbuds have a low battery, place both earbuds in the charging case and connect the case to power for at least 30 minutes before continuing.
Step 4 — Reset the earbuds
Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the case connected to power.
Press and hold the button above the "b" logo on both earbuds simultaneously for at least 10 seconds.
When you hear a tone or see the earbuds reset, release both buttons.
Successful reset: The earbuds are ready to pair again.
If the reset fails: Return both earbuds to the charging case and repeat the process.
Step 5 — Connect your Beats Solo Buds
Remove both earbuds from the charging case and place them in your ears.
Open your device's Bluetooth Settings and select Beats Solo Buds from the list of available devices.
On Android devices, a Fast Pair notification may appear automatically. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
Optional — Reset Again
If your Beats Solo Buds still aren't pairing correctly, repeat the reset process and try pairing again.
