Replacement Earbud Pairing Guide
Follow the steps below to pair your replacement earbud.

Place both AirPods in the charging case
Insert both AirPods into the charging case and make sure they are seated properly before starting.

Forget your AirPods from Bluetooth
On your iPhone, go to Settings → Bluetooth. Tap the (i) next to your AirPods, then tap Forget This Device.

Charge for 30 minutes
Close the lid and connect the case to a power source. Leave it charging for at least 30 minutes before continuing.

Reset the AirPods
Open the lid with both AirPods inside. Press and hold the button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds.

Reconnect your AirPods
Hold the case near your iPhone with the lid open. A setup animation will appear — tap Connect and follow the prompts.

Still not working? Try these quick fixes
Why won’t my AirPods connect?
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and your AirPods are fully charged. Try resetting them and reconnecting again.
Why is only one AirPod working?
Place both AirPods in the case and let them charge for at least 10 minutes. Then remove and reconnect them.
Why are my AirPods not showing up?
Hold the button on the back of the case until the light flashes white, then check Bluetooth again.
Why do my AirPods keep disconnecting?
This can happen due to low battery or interference. Try charging fully and staying close to your device.
